Transport in Ireland

Transport for Ireland

Irish Travel Plans will organise all or some of your transport within Ireland, as you require. We offer a range of transport options as detailed below. Make sure to tell us of your specific requirements.

Private Escorted Tour
This is ideal for the small to medium sized group where you travel the country in a small/mid-size touring coach with a professional driver/guide, following your chosen itinerary. Your driver/guide will discuss your itinerary with you on a daily basis and though you will have to keep your overnight commitments he will gladly take you off the beaten track to view some spectacular sights.

Chauffeur Driven Tour
A private tour suited to two to four people where you can relax in a luxurious car while the beautiful scenery of Ireland unfolds around you. Our expert drivers are also expert guides who know the hidden gems and the tales that accompany them.

Self-Drive Holiday
A more adventurous way of exploring our beautiful island with the freedom from group scheduling. You collect your pre-booked self-drive car at the airport on your arrival (or whenever suits your itinerary). We will endeavour to ensure your hire car suits your specific needs in size and transmission. You will be met by a representative and directions to all places of accommodation will be provided to you. If travelling by car through Ireland, AA Roadwatch is a great resource for travel planning and traffic updates.
