GENEALOGY DAY 2014

MARCH 15th – LIMERICK CITY
This unique one day event makes LIMERICK ancestral research records and expertise available to the public – free of charge.
With over 200 stands there will be something for everyone from the novice about to begin tracing their roots to family tree to the genealogist. This is your opportunity for one-on-one consultations with a variety of experts.
Thanks to Limerick City of Culture funding it is planned to bring together all the available Church Registers and databases for various religious communities in Limerick and the surrounding area.
Contact Mary at Travel Plans, maryogrady@eircom.net, for further details and there is still time to book your flights and make this the focal point of your visit to Ireland this year. Then while in Limerick you can visit the restored King John’s Castle (picture above) and many other places of interest such as the Hunt Museum and then you will be here to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with us.
